Leśny i Wspólnicy Law Firm hereby informs that, through a decision dated 26 February 2015 concerning the establishment of the Gdynia-Kosakowo airport, the European Commission withdrew its prior decision dated 11 February 2014 and passed a new resolution on the case. The practical effect of the new decision was that a part of the complaint filed by Marcin Leśny, attorney-at-law, on behalf of the Municipality of Kosakowo, to the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg, was upheld.
