Legal counsel, internal auditor, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He specializes in administration law, specifically in the fields of local government and public finance. He has extensive experience in local government units control from his 1999-2006 work for the Regional Clearing Chamber in Poznań, where he held such positions as Control Inspector. Since 2006, he has been involved in specialized legal consultancy for local government units and in internal audits of their operations.
